Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards from the ground up.
• Collaborate with project teams during requirements gathering, design reviews, and sprint planning to identify and prevent potential defects early.
• Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project lifecycle to ensure disciplined quality practices across all teams.
• Coach and mentor project team members on quality best practices, testing techniques, and defect prevention strategies.
• Conduct design reviews and provide early feedback on technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify quality risks before development begins.
• Perform functional testing of Nue's platform features, configurations, and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute data migration testing to validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during customer implementations and system upgrades.
• Conduct integration testing between Nue and external systems (CRM, ERP, financial systems) to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, coordinating with customers and stakeholders, and managing defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes and root cause analysis.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new features and fixes don't negatively impact existing functionality.
• Document testing processes, standards, and best practices to build a knowledge base for the team.
