What is 8020REI?

8020REI is a pioneering B2B data and SaaS platform that empowers professional real estate investors to generate consistent leads from Cold Call, SMS, and Direct Mail without spending more. We leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, to identify homeowners likely to sell at a discount plus a proven strategy to maximize our client / 's ROI. As part of our network, we also operate alongside three sister companies : DMForce, 8020Recruit, and 8020CRM, each contributing specialized services to the real estate sector.

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 40-50 high-value clients, focusing on fostering robust relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and improving retention rates and NPS. Your role is not just managing accounts, but also orchestrating valuable engagement calls, overseeing a team of analysts to address client requests and tickets, and continuously adding value to our client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of 40-50 high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and conduct value-added engagement calls to understand client needs, provide insights, and strengthen relationships.
  • Lead and manage a mini-team of analysts dedicated to resolving client requests and tickets efficiently.
  • Develop customer retention strategies and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor key customer success metrics, including retention rates, churn, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Implement customer feedback loops to gather insights and inform service improvements.
  • Regularly report to senior management on account health, customer satisfaction levels, and the effectiveness of retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and account management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor / 's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, especially managing large client portfolios and high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve customer retention rates and NPS.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly valued.
