Requirements
What We’re Looking For : Technical Recruiter (Remote – Colombia Based) A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, project-based environments supporting U.S. companies or clients. Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, UX / UI designers, product managers) across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, and job boards. Proficiency using Zoho Recruit or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, automate communications, and generate reports. Familiarity with Agile / tech hiring environments and understanding of the typical SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and technical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to conduct candidate interviews independently. Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) to coordinate with remote teams. A proactive, organized mindset with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management. Bonus : Knowledge of Boolean search techniques, GitHub sourcing, or technical assessments. Bonus : Certification in recruitment, talent sourcing, or behavioral interviewing is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS).
