What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier technical talent across AI / ML, engineering, QA, and design
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
• Partner directly with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and cultural fit
• Develop strong pipelines through LinkedIn, GitLab, niche job boards, and strategic sourcing
• Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with our engineering team
• Maintain clean, accurate records in our ATS (we use Zoho Recruit!)
• Champion our brand and culture across platforms, events, and sourcing communities

What We’re Looking For : Technical Recruiter (Remote – Colombia Based) A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, project-based environments supporting U.S. companies or clients. Strong sourcing and screening skills for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, UX / UI designers, product managers) across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, and job boards. Proficiency using Zoho Recruit or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, automate communications, and generate reports. Familiarity with Agile / tech hiring environments and understanding of the typical SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and technical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to conduct candidate interviews independently. Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) to coordinate with remote teams. A proactive, organized mindset with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management. Bonus : Knowledge of Boolean search techniques, GitHub sourcing, or technical assessments. Bonus : Certification in recruitment, talent sourcing, or behavioral interviewing is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS).
