Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership and 5+ years in sales (preferably within renewable energy, solar, or related industries). Proven track record of delivering results in C&I project sales. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Sales Manager – C&I Operations (Italy)
Based in Padova, Italy, or Remote | Reporting Country Head Italy
A publicly listed IN Shanghai stock exchange global company with operations in over 120 countries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East — is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) operations in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian C&I market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department.
- Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the sales team.
- Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
